My journey began with Elayne James Salon & HairColor Studio in 2005. The Company has been serving the Delaware area for over 17 years now and I have had the pleasure of attending education with the best in the industry & I have had the great opportunity to be alongside the best in the industry.  I came back from Behind The Chair  Retirement in 2021 to focus on growing our team, service brand & leadership. I love helping & seeing our team succeed in what makes them Happiest!
