Cancellation and No Show Policy

Many of our guests enjoy reserving their appointments for the future. As a courtesy for our guests & staff who diligently commit their time to their scheduled appointments we offer our Rewards Booking Incentive!

Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments and by providing a minimum of 48 hours advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with out cancellation policy. Because your services are guaranteed reservations for you, full payment in advance is required if the following conditions occur multiple times:

Less than 48-hour notificaion to cancel or reschedule an appointment more than 1 time
No show or missed appointments more than 1 time
Late arrivals more than 3 times (please keep in mind that arriving late for an appointment may require us to shorten the length of your visit with full charges applied so as to not inconvience other guests).

When booking an appointment of 3 hours or more or $300 services a non-refundable deposit of $50-$100 to secure your reservation is required .

Please note that no-show or last minute cancellation appointments may result in inability to secure an appointment in the future and subject to a 50% charge of the time / service reserved.
